In 1992,
George HW Bush signed on to UN Agenda 21 which requires a 95% reduction in
global population to 500,000. In 1993, Bill Clinton signed an Executive Order
to implement UN Agenda 21 in the US and all federal departments and agencies
began to adopt regulations and reset policies to accomplish this. The objective
was to reduce carbon dioxide emissions to protect the planet from global
warming.
Since
1992, global warming has not occurred and evidence that global warming is a
hoax has been verified. Most citizens agree,
but politicians continue to act as if global warming is true. Donald Trump believes that it is a hoax and
will likely stop carbon capture regulations and UN Agenda 21 implementation in
the US in 2017. Hilary Clinton would
insist on carbon capture and continue UN Agenda 21 implementation. US Voters will decide in November.
