Federal Government Abuse

Federal government agencies under Obama have abused citizens and businesses across the board.

The EPA disregarded the environmental laws passed by the Congress and adopted the UN version to include Climate Change based on the global warming hoax. The EPA abused farmers, property owners, business owners and private citizens. The Interior Department and the Bureau of Land Management did the same.

The FDA disregarded calls to label GMOs. The USDA has seized and destroyed products and animals on US farms, sending these families into bankruptcy. The Interior has seized water rights and closed businesses to seize their land to create additional federal lands for unnecessary national parks and wildlife preserves.  Property right abuse has been uncalled for.

Congress ignored the will of the people, who have been demanding the end of open borders to the US and failure to allow for oil and gas drilling for 40 years.

The Congress failed to cut unnecessary federal spending and doubled the National Debt from $10 trillion to $20 trillion from 2008 to 2016.  Congress failed to halt federal agency abuses of citizens and their property rights.

Congress succumbed to pressure from environmental extremists and the UN and shut down forestry and US fishing. Congress allowed unconstitutional actions to implement UN Agenda 21, based on the global warming hoax.

Congress passed bad trade deals that offshored US jobs and passed fast-track for the TPP.  Congress failed to restrain immigration to recognize the reduction in US jobs.

Congress continued to subsidize education and healthcare, knowing that it would allow for price rises beyond the market value of these services.

Congress has refused to take legislative action to correct unconstitutional Supreme Court opinions. Roe v Wade could have been overturned if Congress had defined “Life” to include the unborn and give them their Constitutional right to Life.  Congress could have defined “Born” to exclude the Anchor Baby scam in determining citizenship.  Congress could have tempered the “Separation of Church and State” to define the limits of secular humanism in the US and avoid the War on Christianity.

Congress failed to issue opposing Resolutions in response to UN attempts to challenge US sovereignty.  Instead, Congress cowered to defend themselves from accusations from the Left of racism and other isms and avoided the tyranny of political correctness.  Congress allowed agencies to write regulations and failed to correct them when these regulations were published for comment.  Congress allowed the Federal Reserve to engage in excessive money printing with utter disregard for the risk of inflation.  Congress did not attempt to ever pay off their debts, but instead allowed the US currency to be devalued.

Congress has failed to recognize the need to legitimize unconstitutional federal laws by sending Amendments to the States for ratification to legitimize federal activities in areas not included in their “enumerated powers” since the 1870s. The Constitution forbids the ownership of US land except where needed for the federal government to function, like military bases and offices.  The federal government controls 1/3rd of the US landmass.

Federal agency overreach, fines, seizures and lawsuits against citizens has resulted in the loss of homes, water rights and businesses.

Federal grants to States has been used with strings attached to advance UN Agenda 21 implementation at the detriment of US citizens and property owners.  These are bribes given to State government to make them behave and obey.

Federal grants to Education have funded junk science research designed to support the global warming hoax and perpetuate corruption in healthcare treatment and the prevention of cures.

Tax laws that promoted the formation of charitable foundations has resulted in the take-over of these foundations to support liberal political issues, not traditional charitable works.
