Pass Bills Now

Four Important Bills Languishing in Congress By: Devvy March 10, 2014 NewsWithViews.com
Amid all the meaningless dither and political theater for TV over CPAC polls regarding the 2016 presidential election, nary a sound is heard about four very important bills millions of Americans should be shouting to get passed. Of course, there's the unlawfully seated U.S. Senate headed up by a certifiable lunatic, Dirty Harry Reid, who no doubt will fight against them. Since the Oval office is empty, currently occupied by an impostor, there's no legitimate president to sign any of them into law should they get passed.
However, we the people should still be demanding a floor vote in the House to bring them to the forefront of ignorant voters so they can, hopefully, begin to understand you can't solve a problem unless you know when and how it came about.
H.R. 156: To provide for the withdrawal of the United States from the North American Free Trade Agreement
NAFTA (No American Factories Taking Applications) according to Soviet traitor, CFR/Trilaterialst, Henry Kissinger: "What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system...a first step toward a new world order." July 18, 1993
NAFTA was the first in a long line of unconstitutional treaties/agreements destroying nearly 10 million good paying jobs; career, steady employment destroyed in furtherance of world government. H.R.156 was introduced January 4, 2013. Bill sponsor: Rep. Mike McIntyre [D-NC7]. To date it has ZERO cosponsors. Referred to House Ways & Means Committee where it is sitting.
H.R. 75: American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2013 - To end membership of the United States in the United Nations. Bill introduced January 3, 2013. Bill Sponsor: Rep. Paul Broun Jr. [R-GA10]. The bill has a whopping 8 cosponsors; all Republicans. Referred to House Foreign Affairs Committee.
The United Nothing has never kept peace anywhere in the world. The UN's purpose is to act as law enforcement for one world government. Since 1945, we the people have been raped in hundreds of billions of dollars in UN "dues" and related UN expenses. "You can expect to see a one world government, Communist controlled, under the United Nations. You will see the United Nations run up astronomical debts which we, under the terms of the treaty, are bound to pay." Congressional Record, House of Representatives, January 15, 1962, pg. 215, Congressman James B. Utt - who gives the truth in his speech that day: None is So Blind as He Who Will Not See.
Every penny in UN "dues" is borrowed money - more unpayable debt with the interest slapped on our backs. For what? In 1971, Rep. John Rarick attempted to get us out of that evil body; I highly encourage you read the information here. Besides Rarick's bill, you'll find an action that might surprise many. Agenda 21 is a key tool to destroy personal property rights and much more; See The House That Evil Built. The diabolical "sustainable development" was birthed by the United Nothing; it must be killed once and for all.
H.R.129 - Latest Title: Return to Prudent Banking Act of 2013. Restore Glass-Stegall - House Committee on Financial Services. Bill introduced by Rep Kaptur, Marcy [OH-9], January 3, 2013. 79 cosponsors. 2 are Republican, the rest Democratic/Communist Party USA. Referred to House Committee on Financial Services
Repeal of Glass-Steagall Caused the Financial Crisis
The repeal of the law separating commercial and investment banking caused the 2008 financial crisis.
"The Glass-Steagall Act of 1933, passed during the Great Depression, prevented commercial banks from trading securities with their clients’ deposits and created the FDIC as a guard against bank runs. Passed in 1933 as the Banking Act, Glass-Steagall was chipped away over the years and eventually repealed during the Clinton Administration with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999. Some experts believe that the act's repeal contributed to the 2008 financial crisis, and the law served as a basis for the Volcker Rule of the 2009 Dodd-Frank reform bill."
In truth, it wasn't just above, it is and will always be the unconstitutional "Federal" Reserve Banking Act of 1913 - the head of the beast with all it's tentacles like the Basel Agreements. The destruction of the dollar. Inflation, hyperinflation, deflation, booms and busts. Fiat currency - a subject not only unknown by 200 million or so adults, but also "qualified" incumbents and/or candidates who get elected to the Outlaw Congress.
H.R.3894 - Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act to do away with income taxes on social security. Introduced by Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), January 15, 2014. Referred to House Committee on Ways & Means. It has a whopping 2 cosponsors.
“Seniors have already paid tax on their Social Security contributions, so taxing Social Security is double-taxing by the federal government,” Massie said. DeSantis echoed Massie’s sentiments in their joint statement: “[The bill] blows the whistle on the federal government for double-taxing the Social Security benefits of senior citizens. Individuals already pay taxes to support Social Security, so there is no reason why these earned benefits should be taxed on the back end.”
"The GOP representatives argue the purpose of Social Security is “to provide people with financial support during retirement, not to be another source of tax revenue for the federal government.” If the bill passes, Social Security benefits would neither be taxable nor reportable on individual tax returns, thus restoring the integrity of the program."
Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC) supports the bill. I could find nothing on endorsement by the AARP, an organization I've never belonged to and never will. They fully support the "Federal" Reserve. I highly recommend this book, Trust Betrayed: Inside the AARP. One reviewer hit it right on the head: "As a former employee, all I can say is read it and find out some of truth about this two-faced monster that rips off the old and sells out the young." With over 40 million members, if AARP got behind that bill, it would easily pass both houses.
Back in 2009, former congressman Ron Paul introduced another bill that would significantly help minimum wage earners, yet the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), just another front for the Communist Party International, never brought it to the attention of their 2.1 million members to get it passed. The Tax Free Tips Act would have exempted tips from federal income and payroll taxes. How many Republicans in the Outlaw Congress chant ad nauseum they want you to keep more of what you earn? Not one of them became a cosponsor of Rep. Paul's bill. Doesn't that tell Republicans anything? How about Pelosi and her bunch? There wasn't a single cosponsor of that bill. Not one. Was your congress critter in office then?
Why haven't they all signed on the bill to stop taxing social security? The bill has been in committee three months; what are they waiting for?
Those bills are important issues that should have been solved a long time ago. Where has your congress critter been? Why hasn't he/she pushed to get them passed? Do people expect change and problems solved by reelecting the same incumbents who never got the job done in all the years they've been in Congress? Apparently so here in Texas. Right now the approval rating of the Outlaw Congress is 10-11%. According to at least one poll, Americans are fed up with the lies, corruption and bull manure coming out of the mouths of both parties:
"By a 67-26 percent margin, voters would kick everybody on Capitol Hill to the curb and replace them with new people. That includes two-thirds of Democrats, Republicans and independents. The result is perhaps not so surprising, given how voters feel about lawmakers these days: just 12 percent approve of the job Congress is doing, while 78 percent disapprove."
But, voters said almost the same thing in 2010 and still reelected 92% of congressional incumbents and expected change:
"If American voters only had the following two choices on the Congressional ballot -- keep all current lawmakers in office, or get rid of all incumbents in Congress -- what would they do? A new Fox News poll asked that question, and the answer could be bad news for incumbents this fall. Sixty-eight percent of voters would oust all incumbents, while 20 percent would keep all lawmakers in office."
Not here in Texas. Our primary was March 4th and what did ignorant voters do? Why, they voted against qualified challengers for Congress. They voted to reelect the same incumbents who have destroyed this country. That's right. Conservatives ignorant on the issues allowed themselves to be herded in the right direction by organizations like The Conservative Republicans of Texas who sent out a sample ballot to registered Republicans telling them to reelect every incumbent. So-called leadership leading the flock straight to the slaughterhouse.
Not just congressional races, but also for important offices like Lt. Governor. State Sen. Dan Patrick is as rotten as they come, yet foolish voters gave him 41% of the vote forcing a run off against incumbent David Dewhurst. My state rep is a dog who should register with the Democratic/Communist Party USA, yet he allegedly beat a qualified tea party candidate, Shannon Thomason. I say allegedly because, well, here's what I sent out primary night to my email list: Congressional & state incumbents sweeping primary
"I should have turned this damn thing off, but thought I'd take a peek at the "election" results. I want to throw up.
"Every GOP incumbent I can see is creaming legitimate challengers. Same thing that happened to me in 1996 even though I was only 7% behind the incumbent right up to "election" night with all it's fraud in my race. At one minute after the polls closed, Peter Jennings (deceased) called all 52 house seats in California; none of the numbers changed when they quit counting votes at 4:13 am - including my race. What a remarkable feat.
"Incumbents in most districts are so far ahead - by 40% to a challenger, it's not likely it will turn around. Gee, isn't it strange the old 81% to 18% for an incumbent popped up? I voted for Shannon Thomason to replace the state rep shoved down our throats because of redistricting; he's a real dog, Rep. Darby. I know Shannon from local community meetings. He's allegedly losing 81 to 18.
"From my Blind Loyalty booklet of nothing but vote fraud, check these winners/losers that night (primary March 26, 1996): 85-15, 81-18, 85-15, 81-18, 85-15, 86-14, 87-13, 81-18 and 81-14 which was my race. Those were the results for incumbents vs challengers for the U.S. House throughout the state. Every incumbent voted for NAFTA, all challengers including me were opposed. Wonder why we allegedly lost?
"Those house seats were scattered all over the state of California. Unless you're specifically looking at a particular race, in a state the size of California or Texas, people don't put together the pattern, but it sure as hell is there and I'm looking at it tonight. John Kerry won the election against George Bush in 2004 because Bush lost Ohio:
"Richard Hayes Phillips, a former college professor, has written a new book titled, Witness to a Crime: A Citizens' Audit of an American Election. This monstrous undertaking covers the 2004 election results in the State of Ohio. Remember, the chief executive for the biggest vote fraud machine operation in this country said he would deliver Ohio to Bush. He did. What makes Phillips investigation so compelling is the book is filled with concrete proof that the voters of Ohio were robbed of their right to fair and impartial elections. The amount of work that went into this investigation is staggering: 30,0000 images of forensic evidence, then personally examining 126,000 ballots, 127 poll books and 141 voter signature books from 18 counties in Ohio. This is the definitive and documented evidence of crimes that cannot, must not be ignored.
"One thing that showed up in his findings was the same thing I wrote about back in 1996: discrepancies in the numbers during the voting process - where are they? If you click here and go to page seven of my findings, you'll see what I'm talking about. I knew what happened: vote rigging and it was done by the machines. We saw the same thing repeat itself during this last phony primary season. A recount was paid for and done in the State of New Hampshire. The so-called final audit of the numbers did not agree with the results as recorded on primary night. Of course, the numbers continue to change for weeks after a primary or election; I've covered this in previous columns in detail."
"What I'm seeing tonight is a tragedy. Certainly a lot of "conservatives" would vote for Cornyn because they simply are ignorant of everything I covered in my recent column. But, with Americans "so angry" with Congress and with Congress' approval rating hovering at around 10-11%, how come all the incumbents are AGAIN sweeping the primary tonight? Hmm?
"John Conryn is an evil SOB; he's winning above 60%; allegedly. Looking at the totals as they come in is nothing but looking at the tv on "election" night for over a decade. Same pattern. Cream the challengers so voters think they have no good ideas, they aren't experienced, it's not my incumbent, it's the Democrats! I guess the voters in Texas love having their freedom and liberties destroyed, more endless undeclared wars, more heavy taxation to pay for the GOP's reckless and mostly unconstitutional spending by incumbents. If this trend continues in the other primaries coming up, I can only say "we're in serious trouble" is the understatement of the century. How do voters in Texas think things will change by reelecting the same people who have brought this republic to her knees?"
Texas has 32 U.S. House seats in Congress. 18 of them had no challengers. Unbelieveable. Of ten that did, every single incumbent won their primary. There are 4 new districts because of redistricting; census based on counting illegal aliens in this state. Since 18 districts had no one challenge the incumbent, the people of those districts apparently are happy with the job their congress critter is doing: Destroying this country. Every one of those incumbents has refused to challenge Barry Soetoro's (aka Obama) eligibility or even the felonies he's committed, i.e., forged selective service registration card, wire fraud, election fraud. Not to mention using a SSN that doesn't belong to him and, of course, a forged birth certificate. That includes popular reps like Louis Gohmert, Pete Sessions and Steve Stockman. Why haven't they signed on to the bills above?
Low information voters in Texas. If this trend continues in the rest of the primaries and voters do the same thing they did in 2010 & 2012 by reelecting the same Republican incumbents (92% & 96%) back to the U.S. House, nothing will change even if they take the senate because those same incumbents never go after the solution, only more Band Aids. Nothing will change in the District of Criminals, it will only get worse while they play politics with the Democratic /Communist Party USA and jab at the fraud in the White House.
Voter turn out on primary night state wide here in Texas was 9.63%. Out of over 13 million registered voters, a pathetic 9.63% of Texans eligible to vote could find time to get to the polls. That's how much they care for their children's future. Don't mess with Texas is nothing but empty words.
Congressional incumbents across the country are all out campaigning for their upcoming primaries instead of addressing existing legislation that benefits Americans like the four bills above. Those four bills die December 31st.
While it may seem a waste of time, I hope you will take the time to call or fax (no email) your U.S. House member and demand those four bills get to a floor vote. If you can, do the same for each committee chairman for the four bills. I provided the links, all you have to do is type up a short letter and fax it or call the district office - not the capitol in Washington where it falls into a black hole. If each house members received tens of thousands of snail mail letters or faxes, it will tell them what we the people want and their primary might just be their last.
