Trump’s distrust of the RNC is well founded

The GOP Establishment is suspect.  They refused to allow Ron Paul’s delegates to be seated in 2012.  The GOP Congressional Establishment votes like Democrats.  Their “top-down” approach to Presidential candidate picking has resulted in GOP losses in 2008 and 2012.  We’ve seen GOP Establishment abuse and have had to fight it in Georgia down to the County level. Trump’s refusal to abandon his options is logical and remains on the table to recognize that over 50% of Congressional Republicans are RINOs.

 

The only true Constitutional Republicans in Congress have Conservative Review and Club for Growth Scores above 70%. Rand Paul and Ted Cruz continue to be the high scorers on these websites.

 

Trump rightfully sees his role as the guy who can lead the other candidates into talking straight about the issues that are wrecking our country economically.
