Federal Lands

Trump will begin to move unconstitutional activities back to the States starting with education.  But Trump will use federal control over other unconstitutional activities until they can be safely released back to the “States and the People”.

Trump will need to keep federal control over federal lands until we restore the economy and convert State legislatures to support, protect and defend the US Constitution (as written). States can’t be trusted yet to partner with Trump to restore the US to constitutional compliance. States are too vulnerable to extremist outside interests and are not passing laws to ensure liberty.

Trump will need States to support his agenda without question to include our need to construct pipelines, drill oil and natural gas, harvest timber, mine minerals, build dams and reservoirs without interference from the fake environmental movement.

Trump will pare back laws like the endangered species law and reform unnecessary regulations including EPA and banking regulations.

Trump will begin addressing the federal lands issues by working with those States who have taken initiatives to regain their control of federal lands.  He will relax federal constraints and end abuse of property and water rights.

After the US economy has been restored, abusive federal practices have been eliminated and States can be trusted with taking control over federal lands, Trump will be able to restore these lands to these States. But first, Trump will put federal laws into place to keep States from reverting back to being controlled by liberal and environmental extremists.

These laws could ensure that States would put this land back to productive use and private ownership based on the land’s potential.  After dams and water reservoirs are built and mines, drilling sites and timberland are identified, the use of useable land will be protected to ensure that productivity is not replaced by wildlife refuges.

Trump will educate US voters to support our free market, private sector economy.  ‘Americans can be counted on to do the right thing, after they have tried everything else first.’ – Winston Churchill.
