Trump needs his own Team

Trump needs to clean house. Appointing or keeping anyone who supported Obama’s policies is suicide. Trump needs his own team. Trump needs to recruit only those who fully support all of his agenda.  Trump can continue to seek the advice of those who don’t agree with him, but he cannot count on having his agenda succeed unless his complete management team is full of “Trumpers”.

Those who worked in the federal government are tainted by being Obama policy implementers and supporters or just being Statists who want bigger government.

Trump had to change out his campaign team for each phase of the campaign.  He will need to continue to change out all levels of management in all agencies.

His candidates for management jobs should come from the States and should be thoroughly trained and talented in their specialties. There are a lot of good Prosecutors in the States, who could do the management jobs in the FBI.

There are candidates for all other federal department management jobs in the States and the private sector who are needed to adopt Lean management in all federal departments.
