Connectivity Scam

AJC, 5/14/18 article “Plan for $1B in new trails eyes regional connectivity” is a waste of money. We were heading for poverty under Obama, but that’s not happening under Trump. “Connectivity” is a scam brought to us be UN Agenda 21, ICLEI and the central planners. Their version of connectivity is unnecessary. This is a really bad deal for taxpayers to allow this level of wasteful spending.

We really need to develop our road and highway systems to allow us to prevent traffic gridlock.  We don’t need to expand public transit with more empty trains and buses. We don’t need more empty multi-use paths or on-street bike lanes. We don’t need European roundabouts.  We don’t need more of anything that is underutilized.

We need to expand lanes on highways and roads without having to charge tolls to use these lanes. We need an East/West highway connecting Smyrna with Tucker to take pressure off of I-285. We need an Atlanta bypass to connect US 27 with I-75 and I-85 south of I-285 to take pressure off of I-285. That’s connectivity!
