UN Agenda 21 in Georgia

The Georgia Handbook for Mayors and Councilmembers outlines UN Agenda 21 implementation processes. The limits imposed on city and county borrowing are not based on total city assets. The limit is 10% of the value of all the property on the tax registry of the city or county. In Dunwoody GA the limit is $1.9 billion. This is crazy for a city with an annual revenue of $24 million.

The Dunwoody City Charter allows the City Council to establish an unlimited number of “Special Districts”, Development and Redevelopment Boards appointed to establish taxing authority. The Development Board has approved $millions of dollars for tax holidays and Bond deals for corporations to locate their offices and projects in Dunwoody. The city council has approved these without a citizen vote.

The Georgia Municipal Association has adopted all processes required by ICLEI, the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives to implement UN Agenda 21 based on the global warming hoax. The processes used by all cities and counties comply with UN Agenda 21 requirements. Trump’s election made UN Agenda 21 implementation quieter, but none of the implementation plans have been repealed or modified.

UN Agenda 21 implementation replaces citizen rights with governmental central planning and controls. It is global communism based on the global warming hoax. For the US, it requires economic destruction and the end of self-governance, national sovereignty and all private property rights. It seeks to make the US a third-world nation.

The Georgia legislature can repeal UN Agenda 21 implementation in Georgia by repealing “Regionalism” laws passed in 2008 and 2010 and revising the Georgia Handbook to allow cities and counties to replace their ordinances without central planning.
