Uber Under

AJC, 5/14/18 article “For hire drivers accused of violent crimes” was no surprise.

The business model for Uber sounded good at first. It was a taxicab company that was free from the crippling fees charged to real taxicab companies by cities and counties. But the Uber model is failing.  Uber rides for short distances cost $15 and that’s too high.  Also, they might not show up.  Also, they might have a criminal for a driver.
