Representatives on Capitol Hill are now meeting behind
closed doors to craft a fallback plan if the Supreme Court strikes down the
legality of subsidies being provided to over 6 million citizens who reside in states
which have not set up ObamaCare exchanges.
TheHill is reporting that Republican lawmakers appear to be
"coalescing behind a plan that would give states the option of keeping
ObamaCare subsidies if the Supreme Court rules against the healthcare
law."
"The plan, presented Wednesday by Rep. Paul Ryan
(R-Wis.), would give block grants to states that want them, according to
lawmakers who attended a briefing. States would get to choose how to spend the
money to cover people in their state. The grants would last for two years,
giving the next president a chance to enact an alternative
to
ObamaCare."
A similar plan is also being circulated in the Senate.
ObamaCare is bad medicine and MUST be repealed!
We are days (or possibly just hours) away from the release
of the Supreme Court's ruling. The ultimate goal in Congress must be to repeal ObamaCare
and replace it with a healthcare reform plan that is based on the Constitution,
considerate of moral concerns, fiscally sound, patient-centered, and without
government intrusion into private rights.
Liberty Counsel and Liberty Counsel Action have been
fighting ObamaCare literally from day one, and we are continuing to fight for
its ultimate defeat!
Now that ObamaCare's deceptions, immoral mandates, abortion
provisions, and government intrusions into our private healthcare decisions are
exposed, Americans all across the nation are hoping that our lawmakers do what
they were elected to do and craft a workable plan to repeal and replace
ObamaCare.
That's why LCA is calling on Members of Congress to Repeal
and Replace ObamaCare - sooner rather than later.

Ultimately,
we need to get government out of the healthcare and insurance industries. If Congress repeals Obamacare based on its
unconstitutionality it can send the problem to the states. Healthcare and
insurance are “bottomless pit” industries and the US federal government is a
“bottomless pit” funding government. We need to keep these apart along with
Education and every other “bottomless pit” activity.
