Georgia Law to Do List

Repeals Needed

The list of Bad Law on the books in Georgia is growing.  UN Agenda 21 implementing Bills include HB 1216 passed in 2008 and HB 277 passed in 2010, both established “Regionalism” and unelected governance to Georgia.  Added to that is the Georgia Application supporting an Article V Constitutional Convention and the creation of Community Supervision to usurp parental rights.

New Laws Needed

Banning Sharia Law in Georgia is needed before we are challenged with this threat to our sovereignty.  A Bill Nullifying EPA air and water regulations and a Bill banning excessive immigration and refugee resettlement by the UN are needed.  A Bill banning “no knock warrants” is needed and a Bill to ban seizure of cash and property by Police, Government and Banks is needed.  A Bill banning Conservation Easements should be passed and a Bill to stop further seizure of Land by the federal government for whatever reason should be passed.  A Bill nullifying federal control over water reservoirs and all land should be passed.  A Bill ending the war on coal and banning further solar and wind mal-investments by utilities should pass.  A Bill banning refugees and illegal immigrants from welfare benefits and taxpayer services should be passed to reverse the flow of immigrants to the US. A Bill requiring a ballot vote by voters for all government debt assumption and tax holidays should be passed. There are many other Bills that need to pass to strengthen property rights and restore Constitutional rights, but this is a good start.

Voter Alert

Vote NO on the GA Constitutional Amendment power grab putting the governor in charge of “failed” K-12 Schools. It completely removes voter control over tax funded public education.
