Islamic terrorism is
based on the Koran. Mohammed wrote the Koran over 23 years from 609AD to 632AD.
The Roman Empire fell in 476AD. The
Muslim wars of conquest began in 630AD. Mohammed died in 632AD and his successor
Abu Bakr launched Muslims into 1500 years of wars of expansion.
Human history had been
riddled with wars chronicled from 3100BC. Some were with neighbors and were
wars of expansion and consolidation, but some were waged by hordes of
barbarians who operated like pirates. They would invade cities to rape,
plunder, rob, kill, burn and take slaves and then go on to the next city.
Occasionally, as these hordes grew, they began to take and hold territory and
establish governments and kingdoms. This is what the Muslims did. After they
had “converted” the Arab kingdoms they created the Persian Empire, a Muslim
Caliphate.
This was typical of
the times. Europe had experienced being conquered by Rome and had experienced
invasions by the Huns, Mongols and others
In 732AD the Muslims
invaded Europe. The Muslim wars with Christians continued through 1924. This
included the Crusades 1095 to 1291. The Ottoman Empire began in 1298 and ended
in 1924.
Islam took a rest
until 1938 when a group of Muslim prison inmates in Egypt founded the Muslim
Brotherhood and the Jihad started again in 1948 in Israel.
The Koran required
conversion to Islam by force. Muslim hordes would kill everyone who refused to
convert. This fact plus the history of Islamic Terrorism we’ve seen since the
1970s has soured other countries on Muslims. Their misbehavior as refugees
after 2010 has totally destroyed their reputation. Most are likely to be
deported back to their original Muslim countries. It will take a long time before they are
welcomed again. Tolerance must be earned.
