Misery is a state or
feeling of great distress or discomfort of mind or body. It is a broad term
used to describe all forms of unhappiness. The only healthy cure for misery is
to overcome it. Most pain, grief and
heartbreak are temporary. But some forms of misery can become permanent if it is
embraced. Happiness is an inside job.
Those with severe
conditions of desolation can heal and reverse these self-defeating behaviors if
they work to overcome them. They need to recognize that their behavior is
destructive and attempt to figure out how that behavior was adopted.
When the afflicted
victim has other problems that support their difficulties, overcoming their
misery can be difficult.
Those who blame others
for all of their problems have sociopathic behavior and need to own up to being
responsible for their own mistakes.
Those who have been
brainwashed by Liberal propaganda in school are inclined to become submissive
cult victims who have been trained to place the blame on all those who don’t
subscribe to the cult narrative.
Transactional Analysis
describes “bad feeling habits” and one of these is called “collecting brown
stamps”. It is an emotional disorder that allows us to make bad decisions in
order to “feel bad”. The misery we impose on ourselves is actually a
“reward”. This is common in children who
misbehave in order to get attention.
Drug Addicts, Drug
Abusers and Alcoholics cycle in and out of treatment and never get better until
they actually decide to get better.
Those who have mental
health problems are gluttons for attention and they demand an audience.
