Solid Trump States show heavy support for Trump in the States with 70% to 50% voting for Trump with Clinton voters in the 20% and 30% ranges.
No States should be ignored by Trump in the 2020 campaign.. He should be able to keep the States he won in 2016 and increase his percentiages in all States.
DC is
where a lot of government employees live and in 2016 most of them voted for
Clinton.
States
like Hawaii, Vermont, California, Massachusetts, New York Maryland, Washington
Illinois and Rhode Island where Clinton got 60% and Trump got 30% would be
difficult to turn from Blue to Red, but the percentages could narrow in 2020.
States
where the spread is close are toss-up States and these could go either way in
2020. States where the spread is more
like 5% are more likely to vote the same as they did in 2016.
States
where the percentages are tight could be flipped in Trump’s favor in 2020.
States
where voter fraud is addressed and eliminated now will be less vulnerable in
2020.
