Rental Costs reflect overall inflation, normal deterioration, failure to maintain apartments, eviction costs, clean-up costs, fire damage and other damage that occurs from renter abuse. Renters have their own complaints about apartment maintenance. They also don’t know how to eradicate bugs, roaches, mice and rats and prevent pest infiltration.
