The Darin Wilson trial found him innocent. We figured
Brown was the perpetrator of the scuffle, but Wilson having to fire 12 shots at
Brown. It seemed odd that the first two bullets didn’t stop him.
The Ferguson incident was selected to advance Obama’s
political agenda, so pressure will be brought to bear on the city to play
softball and maybe settle out of court to save money. If we had access to
whoever is funding this law suit, we would know.
In the OJ Simpson case he won the criminal trial but lost
the civil suit and was ordered to pay $33.5 million to the families. We all
wondered at that time if the criminal trial should have been declared a
mistrial.
I am always suspicious about civil lawsuits. Too many
Defendants settle out of court to save Lawyer expense. This is extortion.
