Shakedown

Corporations are shaking down the taxpayers to support the radical Left agenda.  When the Georgia legislature passed the “Pastor Protection Act”, corporations threatened to move out of the State and Governor Bad Deal refused to sign it.  Other threats included banning Georgia from hosting the Super Bowl.

Corporations are pushing the LGBT bathroom policies and customers are boycotting them.  Public schools are also pushing the LGBT agenda.  Our right to privacy is tied to our right to Liberty and is engrained in our American culture.  This Liberal nudge will not go well for them.

The bulk of our property taxes goes to county public schools and our public universities are heavily State funded.  Too much is spent on replacing school buildings and adding amenities.  Our tax dollars go to the Corporations who build these multi-million dollar palaces and sell us propaganda-ridden test books.  Outcomes are poor and too many degree programs are worthless.

Public employee and utility pension plans need to be replaced with 401K Plans to avoid city and county bankruptcies. These plans are unsustainable.

Professional sports teams think that taxpayers should fit part of the bill to have a sports stadium in their city or county and they insist on a new stadium every 20 years.  Taxpayers think these teams should build their own stadiums to last longer than 20 years.  The Romans managed to build sports stadiums that are still standing.

We are watching the Olympics in Rio and are reminded how local governments allow their sewer and water treatment plants to fall into disrepair and allow parts of their cities to become crime havens.  It’s time we put government back in its box.  They are nothing more than a failed public utility begging to be replaced.

Bonds and Tax Abatements in exchange for jobs is another scam corporations are running in areas with weak and corrupt government.  Bribing companies to locate to your city or State is wearing thin with taxpayers who contend with arcane rules and practices of their Development Authorities.  Government fails to provide traffic congestion relief in high density areas where the jobs raffles are held.

Tim Lee was replaced as Cobb County GA Commission Chairman because he saddled Cobb taxpayers with a $400 million Bond they didn’t get to vote on, but the damage has already been done.  We will see the traffic impact after this stadium starts operating.

The Georgia legislature allows cities and counties to have charters that shut voters out of all major decisions.

Voter fraud is planned for November and I doubt that the Georgia Secretary of State is ready to stop it.  Governor Bad Deal is giving Georgia Drivers’ Licenses to Illegals and our voting machines and software is very hackable.
