The US Congress has
refused to comply with the US Constitution (as written) since 1872, when it
authorized the federal government seizure 3,471 square miles of land with 96%
in Wyoming and established Yellowstone National Park, without filing the
required Amendment for State ratification.
The US Constitution
restricted the federal government from owning land beyond what it needed to
function. Congressional compliance with
the US Constitution continued to decline as it used a tortured Supreme Court opinion
to open the Commerce Clause to allow the federal government to weigh in on
everything and ignore the 10th Amendment. Now Congress has assumed too much power and
has unsustainable debt and unfunded liabilities to show for their
unconstitutional acts.
Congress needs to
reassert the US Constitution (as originally written), move to compliance with
their “enumerated powers” and file the overdue Amendments required to expand
its powers legally. Those expansion of powers Amendments that fail to be
ratified by the States should result in the transfer of these powers back to
the States and the People under the 10th Amendment.
Despite the fact that
80% of the States elected Donald Trump in 2016 based on his Agenda, we have 80%
of Congress with Failing Grades based on their votes. There is something wrong
with the voters and the political processes in the States and Districts with
these low scores.
In Georgia, the Party
Establishments don’t allow reformers to win their primaries and Black Districts
pressure voters to vote Democrat and they all score low.
