A federal jury in Las Vegas declined to
convict four men of any crimes for their participation in the 2014 armed
standoff near the Bundy ranch in Bunkerville, Nev.
During that conflict, ranchers and militia
members blocked federal officers from confiscating livestock owned by the
Nevada cattleman Cliven Bundy.
On Tuesday, jurors acquitted the defendants
Richard R. Lovelien and Steven A. Stewart of all charges and O. Scott Drexler
and Eric J. Parker on most counts against them.
Jurors could not reach a decision on two
charges against Mr. Drexler and four charges for Mr. Parker, all related to an
alleged assault on a federal officer while carrying a firearm. The United
States District Attorney’s office in Nevada issued a statement on Tuesday
saying that prosecutors had not decided if they would retry the men on those
charges.

After
130 years of paying the State for grazing rights and paying to comply with all
other laws, the Bundy family was attacked by Eric Holder’s DOJ.
The
Obama Administration had declared war on farmer and ranchers to find more land
for the “Wilding Project” as part of UN Agenda 21 implementation. Dairy farmers
had their milk destroyed, Feral Pig farmers had their pigs shot and buried.
California growers had their water diverted to the “Delta Smelt” fish. Bay area
residents had their land grabbed to create “Wildlife Corridors”. Fisheries were
seized by the Interior Department. .Ranchers
had their land seized and grazing rights removed to expand National Parks and
Wildlife Preserves. Fraud was rampant with the “Endangered Species Act” where
private property owners lost the use of their land to protect nonexistent
species. Homeowners were attacked by the EPA as they were about to build their
home and fined thousands of dollars a day over invalid “wetland” claims.
Thousands of homeowners were prevented from rebuilding their decks and were
forced to lose most of their yards because they were required to create “Stream
Buffers”. Inner city property owners had their land seized through “eminent
domain” so crony developers could build boondoggles. The federal government
spent $Trillions to create “transit villages” that failed and “green energy”
that also failed. Global warming was a hoax and Climate Change and Carbon Taxes
were scams. The laws allowing this abuse and the creation of unelected Regional
Commission governance need to be repealed.
