The American Communist Party published its goals in 1920
and they have all been achieved. Trevor Loudon, author of “The Enemies Within”
traced Bills written by the American Communist Party that were fed to Democrats
in Congress by the Unions to chip away at the US Constitution and the US
Economy. Communists had already
infiltrated US Universities and the US media. US Law Schools have taught that
the Constitution is a “living document” and Judges could ignore the
language. All of this corruption has
been exposed by individuals over the decades, but the media never reports it.
The US federal government is not in compliance with the US
Constitution (as written) and is a lawless government that needs to be brought
into compliance by Congress. The US economy has been sabotaged by unconstitutional
federal actions since 1872 with the creation of Yellowstone as a national park
and again in 1913 when Congress created the Federal Reserve and passed the US
Income Tax. These laws were passed without the required Amendments for
ratification by the States.
To restore the “Rule of Law” within the US Federal
Government, voters need to demand that Congress passes Amendments for
ratification by the States for each of the unconstitutional “enumerated powers”
it has taken, or to follow the 10th Amendment and close those
unconstitutional departments, agencies and programs and send these functions to
the States.
The New States Constitution has been proposed by Marxists
to replace the US Constitution.
