US Labor Participation Rate

The rise to 63% in March 2018 signals that working-age US citizens are finding jobs.

The US reports 127,745 full-time and 27,548 part-time jobs in March 2018.

A good target going forward is 70%.  That would mean that 30% of our working-age US citizens over age 16 are not working for various reasons. This would include stay-at-home moms and others.

The last total headcount of working-age US citizens not working was about 90 million, down from 100 million reported a few years ago.
