Blame Avoidance Ahead

The Left is claiming that its treason in attacking Trump with unfounded Russian Collusion accusations was excusable. Congress voted to have Mueller appointed as Special Counsel.  Congress was composed of “Globalist, Establishment” Republicans who were shocked when Trump won the nomination and “lock-step” Socialist Democrats who were shocked when Trump won the election.  80% of these US Reps and Senators had low scores on Conservative Review according to their voting records. Congress needs to be held accountable.

We saw naked blame avoidance after the 2008 Mortgage Meltdown by the Democrats spreading the blame, when the root causes of the 2008 Meltdown was inappropriate overreach of regulations for the Community Reinvestment Act of 1993 and HUD anti-discrimination rules. These rules ignored the need to allow Banks to refuse to grant mortgage loans to unqualified buyers. Congress needs to own up to this disaster.

Banking Regulations from the 1960s to 1990s didn’t allow lenders to increase the interest rates they charged for existing mortgage loans. But Congress was monetizing their debt and creating inflation that averaged 7% per year and ended in the 1980s at 13%. In 1966, I assumed a 30 year, 4% mortgage loan In St. Charles County Missouri that was 3% lower than inflation.  In 1975, I bought a new home in Salina Kansas with a 30 year 6% interest rate.  In 1983,
I bought my current home in Atlanta Georgia with a 30 year, 13% interest rate. I refinanced the mortgage later in 1986 when rates dropped to 10% and again in 1990 when I took out a 15 year mortgage at 7%. I paid that off in 2000. Congress needs to own up to this deception.

We saw the “Mother of Rug-sweeping” with the acceptance of UN Agenda 21 in 1992. It was kept under the radar by the federal government and the media for decades, but it did enormous damage to property rights and government debt. All World Leaders signed up to this scam based on the global warming hoax.  They have avoided blame by continuing to assert that man-made Climate Change is true and carbon capture is the solution.  Trump is ending this scam. All World Leaders who endorsed global warming need to own up to this lie and be held accountable.

Rug Sweeping was obvious in 1992 as Ross Perot predicted the “Great Sucking Sound” of US jobs leaving the country with NAFTA and warnings that the US would amass a large National Debt.  Perot was right, but the media will never mention it. We are left to continue to repeat mistakes. Congress backed NAFTA and needs to be held to account for decimating the US economy.

Ron Paul spent 35 years in Congress from 1976 to 2013. Every year he would address the House and remind them that Congress was overspending unsustainably.  We now have a $22 trillion National Debt and $124 trillion in unfunded liabilities. But there has been no sustained media attack on US Federal Government overspending, ever.  Congress is responsible for not heeding Ron Paul’s warnings and should be held accountable.

In 1913, Congress passed the Income Tax Act to punish the
“Robber Barons” for their success in inventing and implementing the Industrial Revolution.  All of the modern devices we use today are due to their efforts.  The Income Tax started innocuously enough with a top rate of 1%, but it didn’t take long for this top rate to reach 90%. These families donated most of their working capital to tax sheltered foundations that now fund Socialist Propaganda. Those who served in Congress at the time need to be exposed.

In 1935, Congress passed the Social Security Act that created a National Defined Benefit Pension Plan. Employees and Employers pay 15% of annual salaries to the government. This could have been designed to create individually owned accounts, but it wasn’t.  Participants who die before age 66 receive nothing and their families lost their inheritance. The funds are not invested, but instead are paid out in real-time.  It’s a Ponzi scheme and a Socialist Welfare Plan. This is rarely mentioned in the media. If we had individual accounts, we could have invested them in the Vanguard 500 Index when stocks are growing and in Fixed Interest Debt Equity when interest rates are high. Again, those who served in Congress at the time are to blame for this Ponzi scheme.

Renaming things often accompanies government scams. Continuing to refer to US Military actions after World War II as “Defense” was a lie.  These Wars should have been charged to Military Foreign Aid. The Deep State actors who pushed for these Wars are all responsible for the cost and the lack of lasting impact.

The excuse Congress makes is that the disasters caused by their actions were unintended consequences, but there is no such thing as an unintended consequence.
