European Pushback on Refugees

On 9/9/18, Sweden elected 144 leftists, 73 Liberals, 70 Center Right Moderates and 62 Conservatives to their parliament. Conservatives picked up 13 seats. If Center Right Moderates join Conservatives to curtail immigration, we may see Sweden take steps to reverse its migration invasion and get control over its crime and welfare costs.

Swedish election results: Nationalists gain seats on immigration restriction platform, by Ann Corcoran, 9/10/18.

But they aren’t quite there yet as the two major parties are neck and neck with about 40% of the vote each.
The Sweden Democrats (you might call them the Sweden First party!) will however, have an increasing impact on the direction of the country going forward.
The BBC has this news early this morning, but the most useful bit is their graphic showing the percentage of voters each of the Nationalist parties have in many European countries.
Swedish election: Main blocs neck and neck as nationalists gain - The Swedish general election has left the two main political blocs almost tied, with the anti-immigration party making gains on its previous results.

With nearly all ballots counted, the governing centre-left coalition is marginally ahead of its centre-right Alliance rivals, with around 40% each.
The nationalist Sweden Democrats (SD) have won about 18% of the vote, up from 12.9% in the previous election.
A protracted battle to form a working coalition now looks certain. You might want to save this for future reference!
Rise of nationalism in Europe – Refugee abuse has created nationalist opposition to EU mandated open borders countries.  Conservative political parties are gaining votes. The UK voted to exit the EU in 2016 and Poland refuses to take UN refugees

The percentage of votes won by nationalist parties as of September 2018 are listed below

Switzerland – Swiss People’s Party 29%
Austria – Freedom Party 26%
Denmark – Danish People’s Party 21%
Hungary – Jobbik 19%
Finland – The Finns 18%
Sweden – Sweden Democrats 17.6%
Italy – The League 17.4%
Germany – Alternative for Germany 12.6%
Netherlands – Freedom Party 13%
France – Front National 13%
Czech Republic – Freedom and Direct Democracy 11%
Bulgaria – United Patriots 9%
Slovakia – Our Slovakia 8%
Greece – Golden Dawn 7%
Cyprus – ELAM 3.7%

Sweden’s voters are 40% Liberal, 40% moderate and 20% Conservative. More here.
