Homeowner Rights Abuse

What do I have to do to evict a family member and her son who lives rent free

My niece asked if she & her son could come & stay with us for a while until she's able to get on her feet. She & her son are battling medical issues, but they're so lazy. Well, we've helped financially & everything else possible. The only thing she contribute is food because of her food stamps. We explained the house rules when they arrived & at first things were good, but after about 3 months things are really bad. They won't keep rooms & bathroom clean. Ask not to eat in room & they do it anyway & when something is said to son, she gets an attitude & starts fussing at us. All they do is sleep & we're so tired of it. Our utility bills has increased greatly because they sleep with TV on & play video games all night. We're fed up & want them gone. We're not insensitive because of med issues - 2012

The short answer is that this mom has to call the Police to evict her own relatives and it could take 30 days. Our laws have created the “nanny-state”, where government employees usurp citizen rights.

In the old days the mom would order her relatives to leave and they left without having to call the Police. A good part of the homelessness problem we see not is deadbeat kids who are drug or alcohol addicted.

See the contorted answer this mom got in the Homeowner Abuse post on this blog. It is cluttered with Renter law, but this lady’s question is somewhat answered.
