Voter Fraud Texas

Video: Texas Poll Worker Admits “Tons” of Non-Citizens Allowed to Vote. 11/15/18 by Conservative Zone.

Close vote counts, runoffs and disputes are happening all over the country, and the latest news from Texas reveals that non-citizens were allowed to vote in the recent election as well.

A new video from James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas shows what happens when a non-citizen tries to vote in Texas in the recent midterm election last week. The video shows a polling station worker, who is described as an election official; the worker says that they have had “tons” of non-citizens voting in the election. These voters are Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients, and have been permitted to vote in the election, at least at this location.
The DACA Voter Sting Operation - A Project Veritas undercover journalist visited a voting location in Travis County, Texas. His goal was to see if election officials would allow someone to vote without being registered. The journalist is a woman, posing as the girlfriend of a DACA recipient who is unregistered. She asks if her non-citizen boyfriend will be permitted to vote.
Outrage Over Tape from the Hill - While voters are worried about voter fraud in this community and what that means for Texas elections, the Hill took a different approach. According to a recent piece, the poll workers were not the ones to worry about, but instead, the brand points to the journalist.
“If he has his ID that’s all he needs. If he’s registered,” the election worker said.
The undercover journalist then asks if it matters if her boyfriend, the voter being discussed, is a citizen or not.
“Right. It doesn’t matter that he’s not a citizen?” she asks.
The stunning reply from the voting official is caught on tape, and says a lot about the legality of the voting process in at least one small town flooded with immigrants.
“No, don’t pay any attention to that. Bring him up here,” the official said, clarifying that the unregistered, non-citizen would be permitted to vote. A second worker backs this up as well, advising that DACA recipients had no issue voting and that the polling place had a lot of them voting.
“You’ve got a lot of them?” the journalist asked next, and the worker responded:
“From early voter. We’ve got tons of them. Tons of DACA voters. Okay.”
Instead of triggering an investigation into voting fraud, Project Veritas was listed as a concern by Texas officials.
“This video is a violation of state laws that prohibit use of electronic devices in polling places,” Ronald Morgan, Travis County Deputy Clerk, told The Hill on Thursday. “We referred it to the District Attorney’s office for their review.”
Whether or not the video violated the law, it performed a service for citizens concerned about voter fraud and raised the question: Just how many non-citizens were permitted to vote in Texas?
