Throughout
history we’ve seen culture clashes between nations and religions. The newest
clash is between China and the US. The
US based its laws and culture on the 10 Commandments and the Chinese didn’t.
The US requirement based on “thou shalt not steal” is puzzling to the Chinese.
Many Asians have based their religions on “honor thy father and thy mother”. So
there are some similarities, but Western cultures and their governments have
gotten away from honoring families and parents.
Other
nations have clashed with the US over the same issue. Most American Indian
Nations stole horses and anything else they could get their hands on and it
drove US settlers crazy and they decided to decimate the Indian Nations
labeling them as “savages”. American Indians did attack settlers and kill and
kidnap them and think nothing of it.
Most American Indians died from small pox, because they had no immunity
to this disease. The Spanish explorers noticed few “Indians” as they moved
through South America to California. The American Indian Nations fought each
other, but did well in discovering medicines from plants and trees and moved
around to hunt, but had no idea how to acclimate to Western European property
laws, property ownership and currency. It was relatively easy to decimate the
remaining tribes and force them on to “Indian Reservations”. The Cherokee tribe in the Southeast did
assimilate, but we sent them to reservations anyhow. Once a group gets a bad
reputation, it’s easy to wipe them out.
The US
and European cultures used to be compatible, but Europeans’ insistence on the
global warming myth, socialized medicine, government pensions, open borders,
the EU and total obedience to the UN is a new virus for Europe. We are
reengaging European countries to conduct bi-lateral trade with the US. This may
result in the happy return of Europeans to their former anti-socialist,
capitalist ways. The US should push them until they crack. The world already
has too many poor countries and needs freedom and capitalism to advance.
