Bad Federal Education Bills

RED ALERT! RED ALERT! RED ALERT! RED ALERT!
CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL CALL!

SHUT DOWN THE CAPITAL SWITCHBOARD WITH YOUR
"NO WAY ESEA" CALLS! 202-224-3121
KILL S. 1177, S. 1380 and Senator Vitters privacy Act.
Rep. Kline's HR 5, Sen. Alexander's S.1177, Sen. Patty Murray's S.1380, and Sen. David Vitter's Student Privacy Protection Act.
All of these bills are part and parcel of the Soviet/Chinese Communist lifelong Community Education Agenda under unelected council form of government (Regionalism/UN Agenda 21).
These bills call for tax-funded school choice/charter schools with unelected boards, without which the lifelong communist workforce training system cannot be implemented.
NO AMENDMENTS, NO CHANGES CAN CLEAN UP THIS RED MESS. All of these bills emanate from the U.S. Department of Education which is an UNCONSTITUTIONAL entity and must be abolished!
THE ONLY GAME-CHANGING LEGISLATION WOULD BE BILLS TO ABOLISH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TO PROHIBIT ANY FEDERAL FUNDING TO THE LOCAL LEVEL RELATED TO HEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH, HUMAN SERVICES, LABOR (SCHOOL TO WORK), AND DATA COLLECTION.
Such legislation would CUT THE UMBILICAL CORD with the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the Office of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Paris, France, both of which are actively engaged in implementing the totalitarian global/international communist system, aka WORLD GOVERNMENT/NEW WORLD ORDER.
From Politico:
NCLB LULL NEARING AN END? Education policy watchers rejoice - No Child Left Behind could be headed to the Senate floor as early as the end of the week. "We're hoping so. If not then beginning of next week," said Sen. Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.). "I think we'll do a good job - and hopefully we'll get a lot of Democratic votes, too." Isakson said parts of the Senate bill will appeal to conservatives, including opt out provisions and language blocking the federal government from interfering with the Common Core. Senate HELP Committee Chairman Lamar Alexander is expecting several conservative amendments to the bill, but wouldn't say whether he's offering his school voucher proposal when it hits the Senate floor. Expect Democrats to call for stronger accountability provisions. "I didn't think the bill that came out of the committee was a great civil rights bill," said Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.). "We've got to do more to require states to act" when it comes to low-performing schools. Murphy said he thinks some accountability changes could gain bipartisan support. More:
