Dumb Government

The era of dumb government started in 1872 and continues today. The primary cause was ignoring the US Constitution. The end result would be a $21 trillion national debt and $125 trillion in unfunded liabilities.

National Parks

Despite the fact that all of these parks were in States, the federal government unconstitutionally assumed responsibility for them.

In 1872, the federal government lost it and created Yellowstone National Park. Up to that point, the federal government had pretty well followed the Founders' rules to maintain a small, limited federal government. Creating the National Park Service required an amendment to expand the federal government’s enumerated powers and this didn’t happen.

Starting in 1901, Teddy Roosevelt created 150 national forests, 51 bird reserves, 4 game preserves, 5 national parks and 18 national monuments.

In 1913, Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act and the Federal Income Tax Act without Amendments being offered to States to ratify and he signed the 17^th Amendment authorizing the election of US Senators by popular vote. In 1916, Woodrow Wilson created the National Park Service. In 1920, Woodrow Wilson founded the League of Nations.

In 1929, the stock market crash resulting in 23% US unemployment and a global depression that lasted until 1939.

In 1931, the US suffered a drought that lasted until 1940 resulting in wide-spread crop failures and farm bankruptcies.

From 1933 to 1939, Franklin Roosevelt passed 47 programs that resulted in the repeal of prohibition, the creation of Social Security, the Tennessee Valley Authority and the Departments of Labor, Agriculture and Fannie Mae. He regulated lending, banking, communications, electric power, land management, housing, built dams, canals, other public works and created dozens of temporary welfare agencies.

In 1939, the US began to manufacture war materials for European allies and manufacturing employment began to improve. Unemployment had fallen to 11%.

In 1941, the US entered World War II and full employment was achieved with millions entering the US Military and millions more working to build military equipment.

In 1945, the failed League of Nations was rebranded as the United Nations.

In 1964, Lyndon Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act and Welfare and in 1965 signed Medicare, Medicaid. Student Loans (Sallie Mae) and expanded immigration.

In 1989, George HW Bush doubled immigration from 500,000 per year to over 1 million per year. In 1992, he signed on to UN Agenda 21 based on the global warming hoax.

In 1993, Bill Clinton signed the Community Reinvestment Act and NAFTA and the EO to implement UN Agenda 21. NAFTA triggered the off-shoring of US manufacturing jobs and decimated the middle class and the US economy.

From 2000 to 2008 George W Bush added $5 trillion to the national debt by nation-building in the Middle East.

In 2008, the Community Reinvestment Act and HUD anti-discrimination rules caused the Mortgage Securities Meltdown and the “great recession”.

From 2008 to 2016 Barak Obama added $10 trillion to the national debt by implementing UN Agenda 21. He signed Obamacare in 2009 and healthcare costs quadrupled.

Results

The federal government now owns 30% of the US land mass in national forests, parks, wildlife preserves and monuments that provide large annual forest fires each year.

We have admitted 60 million more immigrants than we need. 90% of all federal departments, agencies and programs are unconstitutional. Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare, Social Security and federal debt and unfunded liabilities are unsustainable.

The Civil Rights Act gave genesis to the 2008 Meltdown, identity politics and political correctness.

The UN has definitely done more harm than good with Agenda 21. We can’t seem to repeal Obamacare.

State and municipal government debt is $3 trillion. So why isn’t infrastructure maintained?
