Judicial Abuse

The spike in government abuse came with the Obama Administration from 2009 to 2016.

We really need to look at the citizen abuse coming from our Judicial System. There are lots of ways to be a victim of this scam and lots of trip wires to avoid.

The first protections from abuse need to include an examination of past abuses suffered by others. These would have involved legal fees we were forced to pay if we had to hire an attorney to respond to whatever action was being taken. It can also involve fines and fees government entities think they can bill you for.

The Sacketts were fined millions by the EPA for starting to build their home on a lot they just bought.  They won this, but suffered a ton of expenses. The EPA should be required to reimburse them. We need a “loser pays” system.

The Bundy family was charged $1 million in grazing fees by the Obama Administrations BLM. They paid a fortune in legal fees to protect their cattle and access to range land they had access to for 100 years. They won this, but it was costly. BLM should be required to reimburse them and pay for the wrongful death of LaVoy Finicum.

Before these atrocities, dozens of ranchers, farmers and fishery operators had their land seized by Interior, livestock killed and buried and milk destroyed by the FDA. Land owners had their land rendered valueless and unsellable by the EPA. Other land owners had their land seized by government and didn’t receive “fair value” or any payment for their land.  Farmers were swindled into signing Conservation Easements and lost control of their land. Homeowners need to check the “easements” on their lot plats before they buy a house.  Many of these easements are excessive and need to be challenged and changed. Easements are normally granted by developers and may be hard to get changed. The Military Industrial Complex is much less of a threat today than the Developer County Complex.

Baseless Lawsuits are just that. They are weak lawsuits filed against those who would spend more money on their legal bills and have just decided to negotiate paying an extortion payment to a crook. If you have ever been called for jury duty and were kept all day and then released, that usually means that the crooks got some money.  As many as 90% of all discrimination suits are baseless and you should never let a lawyer agree for you to part with your money.
