The companies who own
intellectual property are responsible for maintaining it. US companies have voluntarily given away
their intellectual property to China. These companies need to terminate their
agreements with China and resume their technology development in the US.
The US government is
within its rights to stop sharing its intellectual property with these
companies, especially defense technology. This should affect all intellectual
property claims in US courts and weaken these cases, because companies were
negligent in China.
Shareholders and
owners of those companies who gave away their intellectual property to China
should be replacing board members and CEOs.
Investors should be
looking to replace these companies by designing new start-up companies to take
over their markets.
