Parents are
responsible for raising their children and should have the right to refuse to
pay for whatever their child wants if they deem it dangerous or unwise.
Being forced to pay
for gender changing medical treatment denies their parental rights. Parents
have Medical Power of Attorney over their dependent children until they are
self-supporting and financially able to live on their own, make their own good
and bad decisions and pay for the consequences of the bad decisions.
Parents have property
and privacy rights. Government has left them with all the responsibilities for
their families and no rights to exercise those responsibilities. Current law
does not protect personal property rights.
Children who are
severely abused by their parents have legal rights to “escape” and petition the
government to become wards of the State or otherwise emancipated. Courts have
the power to assign legal custody of these children.
Parental should not be
required by law to allow their children to be subjected to the LGBT agenda.
