figures represent two consecutive years of population growth for the city after
a decline during the pandemic, with Manhattan showing the

The
highest cost of living in NYC is concentrated in Manhattan, followed by
Brooklin, Queens and the Bronx.
The additional supply of apartment buildings Trump and Mandani will likely include all of these Boroughs.
This Rental Cost Model is consistent with other large cities. Rent costs are higher in areas that are closer to the city core, where the jobs are.
NYC is unique because Manhattan is more expensive to maintain, because most of the Tourist Sites are in or more easily accessed from Manhattan.
