Fixing the U.S. Economy

The U.S. economy requires minimum government interference, functions, taxes costs and laws.  The courts are choked with cases that would not be there except for unnecessary, productivity killing laws, ordinances and regulations.
The U.S. economy requires maximum production of all resources and private property rights that ensure the owners right to water, minerals, drilling, planting harvesting and land use rights.  Zoning should be minimal to allow farmers to grow and use what they need and sell what they produce. Homeowners should not be saddled with government initiated land use plans, unnecessary easements, fees and fines.
The limited powers imposed by the US Constitution on the federal government should be enforced ty the States using the 10th Amendment and nullifying all unconstitutional federal laws.  States should absorb these functions and pare back or eliminate most of them.
