Ruin the Children

Government overreach will leave children worse off
Group Homes
Every zoning code includes Group Homes. Often these are included in Residential areas as a Zoning category.  Georgia cities have all adopted this category and it needs to be removed.  It is poorly defined and is a danger to residential property values.  It came in the “cookie cutter” zoning codes, sold by consultants to cities and counties. It is part of UN Agenda 21 along with international codes and stream buffers.  It was meant to destroy residential property values and it did in the case underway in Manget Way in Dunwoody GA.
Child Protective Services
These are turning into Child Destructive Services as states go after children who will actually fare worse in foster care than they would have being sent to live with family. Hospitals and schools have also abused parental rights with medical kidnapping by hospitals and reports to CPS.
Parents who are accused of child abuse should have their case investigated, but should be charged with a crime by the District Attorney.  If the parents are held in jail without bond, the children should stay with relatives until the case is settled. If the parents are found guilty and sent to jail, the family should be able to take the children.
In no case should the state take the children and ship them off to foster care. The government doesn’t own the children. The UN doesn’t own the children. Families own the children.
If the children are crazy and dangerous, the families should be able to petition their county to take them and rehabilitate them. Charity-based agencies should take these children.
