Laws that need to change

We have too many laws that unnecessarily harass citizens.

No knock warrants have resulted in Police breaking into homes in the dead of night, killing innocent citizens and being shielded from prosecution.

Asset forfeiture allows Police to seize cash and private property from innocent citizens and subject them to the chore of getting their money and property back.

Land owners have had their land rendered unusable by government agencies declaring the land a wetland, wildlife endangered species preserve or easement. This subject these land owners to unnecessary legal expenses to defend their right to their property.

The Conservation Easement scam has crooked Counties offering property tax discounts in exchange for their right to use their property as they wish.

Regional Commissions were authorized as unelected taxing bodies in the Obama years to implement UN Agenda 21 and usurp local control. These need to be disbanded and the laws authorizing their existence repealed.

The Federal Government has usurped State activities. State government has usurped city and county activities and over-control cities and counties. Unconstitutional activities of the Federal Government need to be given back to the States and the People.

Federal Lands, 30% of the US land mass, need to be given back to the States. States need to sell most of this land to private citizens to have the land put back into productive use.

Cities and Counties need to fund their own needs. This includes assuming the total cost of all public education and indigent healthcare in addition to all costs associated with maintaining roads, highways, bridges, parks, water distribution and water treatment. Excessive government imposed fees and fines need to be reduced.

All government subsidies need to be removed from all industries that can be privatized to allow the free market to control these entities. The free market controls prices through the law of supply and demand.

Economic development is a private sector activity. Government subsidized economic development usually fails. Private sector development usually succeeds.

Public transit needs to be returned to the private sector. Tax subsidies need to be removed. Government should remove all subsidies.

Public Education is over-priced and under-performing and needs to be redesigned to be privatized. Government subsidies made costs soar. Students are brainwashed with political propaganda and don’t learn to read, write or do math.

Healthcare is over-priced and under-performing and needs to be privatized. Government subsidies made costs soar.

Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Sallie Mae need to be sold. Government should not be involved in lending.

Congress needs to repeal the Community Reinvestment Act of 1993. This law and HUD Rules caused the 2008 Meltdown. They also need to repeal all UN Agenda 21 implementation laws.

Campaign contributions need to be restricted to registered voters only and only for the candidates who appear on their ballots. Special interest groups can exercise their free speech on their own websites.
