Tribes occupy their traditional lands, have tribal laws and cultures and elect their own Tribal Chiefs. Tribal laws control how families should behave and allow polygamy and the duties of the first-born male. The Tribe sets the rules the members live by and they tend to see the Tribe as their primary government regardless of who runs the national government. Tribes have survived the Dutch, the Brits and now the Commies.

Christian missionaries have been there for centuries and run schools and hospitals and recruit doners to provide water wells and sanitation in villages and doctors to do missionary tours.. Tribal members live in a matrixed society and are in contention with Communist government overreach.
