Open Borders in 1994 WTO

The Medusa System
Posted on November 21, 2014 Written by Vicky Davis, tvoinews.com International Legal and Regulatory System is the Medusa
Since Obama is going to make his big announcement tonight concerning his 10 Point Plan for Immigration reform, I thought I’d better find out precisely what the plan entails. I only needed to read one article on Fox News to know exactly what this is about because this issue has been coming up again and again and again. The rhetoric takes different forms but the objective is to establish a guest worker system to allow the U.S. Secretary of Labor to manage the U.S. labor market – as any good fascist/communist country would have.
There are tons of articles repeating the points that Fox News reported. If there are any articles discussing why Obama thinks he can do this, I didn’t see them. Of course, my ability to search the internet has been curtailed greatly by the gradual consolidation of search engine facilities that will eventually result in there being only one so that you will see only what Google wants you to see. But that’s another problem for another day.
Here is The Point in the Fox News article that is Obama’s objective: “Critics in the Senate say those who receive deferred action, according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, receive work authorization in the United States, Social Security numbers and government-issued IDs.”
Since 1901 when the first International Court of Arbitration was established by treaty, successive governments in the United States have been ceding sovereign authority through the treaty process to international bodies – all in the name of peace (fingers in cheeks – “all I want is world peace”). In 1903 Andrew Carnegie provided the funding to build The Hague – “The Palace of Peace” for an international court of justice (just us).
When the Congress approved the Marrakesh Agreement in 1994 (H.R. 5110) creating the World Trade Organization and that Agreement included Trade-in-Services, they effectively eliminated the borders of the United States – opening up our country to anybody who crosses the border claiming to want to start a business or offer a service – any kind of service. The Marrakesh Agreement ceded sovereign authority to control the population in our territory through application of commercial law preventing barriers to trade and providing national treatment to all foreign commercial interests. A person who works for a living – which is 99.9% of the world, is a commercial interest. There is an argument to be made opposing that principle but I haven’t heard anybody make it – except me.
Guest Worker System
In a way, it’s rather amusing that Obama has turned the tables on Republicans – forcing them to take a position against what they’ve been supporting since 2004 when George W. Bush proposed a temporary worker program. Of course in fairness, the idea for the SYSTEM OF LABOR MANAGEMENT came from Carnegie’s Marc Tucker under the auspices of the National Center for Education and the Economy (NCEE) even before either NAFTA or the WTO was approved by Congress. And that system was the result of a study commissioned by Secretary of Labor, William Brock, the “Father of the Uruguay Round” that attempted to predict the impact of globalization (elimination of national sovereignty) would be on the American workforce.

The Medusa System
If everybody would simply stop for one minute to think about the source of ALL these problems, they would have to conclude that the real problem is the international federal system that’s been created over the last 100 years. It is the Medusa System. You can fight issue by issue – cutting off the head of a snake of the Medusa while another one attacks you from another direction. The only real solution is to cut the head off Medusa itself.
The international system that is a legal and regulatory regime that is being imposed on us by what can only be considered traitors to America, is an unmitigated disaster of epic proportions. It serves the interests of a few at the expense of the many. The American people have suffered great harms not the least of which is that we can no longer control our own destiny because of it.
If we, as American patriots accomplish only one thing for our progeny, it should be to free them from the monstrous Medusa that has captured our country.
