Citizens Needed

Citizens are needed to attend their County political party organization meetings in February 2015. New blood is needed to participate in these Saturday morning meetings. Any citizens who want to vote on County officers and/or are willing to serve as Delegates or Alternates are required to attend the first two meetings. The dates and times will be available on your political party website in January 2015

The first meeting in February 2015 is an opportunity to meet other citizens in your precinct and elect precinct officers. Registration is $25. The meeting location is local.

The second meeting in March is held to elect County officers, sign up to be a Delegate or Alternate to the State Convention and vote on Rules. Registration is $25. The meeting location is local.

The third meeting in April is optional and is a meeting of your Congressional District to pass rules and elect district officers. The meeting location is local.

The fourth meeting in May is the State Convention where delegates elect State officers and vote on Rules and Resolutions. Registration is $50. The 2013 GOP meeting was in Athens GA.

The Registration fees cover the cost of the venue.
