The Constitutionalist Agenda

Constitutionalists include Tea Partiers and members of many other volunteer, grassroots conservative organizations.  We are also referred to as “Liberty Groups”. State GOPs have formed Liberty Caucuses. We believe

Tea Parties, 9/12 Groups, Liberty Groups, Taxpayer Groups and other conservative groups share the following agenda to demand that government must:

Stop Amnesty – Don’t fund Obama’s Amnesty Executive Order. Excessive immigration is perpetuating our high unemployment problem and threatening our economy.

Stop Trade Agreements – NAFTA passed in 1993 and other bad trade agreements are responsible for the loss of millions of jobs and our economic decline. All of our trade agreements end up killing US jobs

Stop Immigration - Excessive immigration since 1989 is the federal government action that is most responsible for our high real unemployment. We don’t want more legal or illegal immigrants or refugees given US work visas or welfare.

Stop UN Agenda 21 implementation with federal grants to states has cost trillions. This UN scam was based on the global warming hoax.  It’s clear that this is totally unnecessary.

Stop EPA Regulations – Carbon capture is based on the global warming hoax, is totally unnecessary and will increase energy costs five-fold.  Water regulations will destroy our property values and food supply.

Stop other Regulations – that result in job loss or increased cost.  Apply risk / benefit analysis and cut non-critical regulations.

Stop Federal Spending – Excessive federal spending is responsible for making the US financially weak and unstable. It weakens our free market economy and results in mal-investment. We really don’t need what the federal government does.

Stop Federal Oppression – We resent the federal government spending our money to oppress us. We resent being told what to do based on junk science and Marxist social engineering. 

Stop Ruining our Schools – Stop Common Core and close the federal Department of Education. Protect schools from legal attacks by Muslims and atheists.

Stop Welfare for Immigrants - Stop offering free schooling to children of illegal immigrants.  Stop work visas, drivers’ licenses, social security cards, food stamps, rent supports and military service jobs.

Stop Multiculturalism – Muslim immigration isn’t working in Europe and it won’t work here. Don’t allow Sharia Law in the US.

Stop Federal Lawlessness – We want our borders closed and our deportation laws enforced.  We don’t want a federal police state or more resources aimed at harassing us and taking our property.

Stop Federal Land & Water grabs – Defund EPA, HUD, Interior, Corp of Engineers and Forest Service land, livestock, food and water grabs.  Too many ranches and farms have been run out of business by federal thuggery.

Stop Federal Land Administration– All federal land should be given back to the states. State legislatures can make this happen. The Constitution forbids the federal government from holding land.

Stop Unconstitutional Government - We want to close most federal departments and agencies.  We want to enforce the 10^th Amendment and transfer these functions back to the states and the people.

Audit the Federal Reserve and eventually abolish central banking.

Stop Obamacare – We don’t want overpriced health insurance. We need the free market system to handle medical care without federal regulations and socialism.

Stop the UN – The UN is not our friend.  They want to end our sovereignty and become our global Marxist government.

Remove Communist Goals -  With most of the American Communist Party Goals achieved, we need to reverse these. 

Quit the UN and ignore their claims on our resources.

Stop Foreign Aid – Stop all government to government foreign aid.  Military foreign aid ends up equipping a tyrant’s army to oppress its people or ends up in terrorist hands.  Humanitarian foreign aid always ends up in dictators’ bank accounts.  Let trade be free and the corruption will end. No more bribes to thugs.

Stop Federal Grants to States – These are bribes to states to pass enabling laws aimed at requiring mal-investment. These grants promote corruption and erode our free market.  This is printed and borrowed money that is added to our national debt.

Resume Deportation – of illegal aliens.

Build Keystone Pipeline –a cost-effective means of moving oil to market should be a high priority to strengthen our economy.

Ensure Maximum Oil Drilling – Expediting drilling permits and opening drilling to off-shore sires and federally administered land should be a high priority.

Ensure increase in production – Produce everything we can to add to our GDP to restore our economy.

Cut Corporate Tax – from 35% to give manufacturing operations a chance to return to the US.

Restoring our economy requires that we increase production of everything that is in demand like energy, food and useable water. It also requires that we stop excessive immigration that soaks up jobs.  It also requires that we bring manufacturing back to the US.  It also requires that we remove the systemic corruption in our government that uses bribes to maintain the corrupt system.
