Buying a
small Mobil Home is a better deal than renting for $1000 per month. If you can
function in 600 square feet, you can buy a Mobil Home for $35,000 and pay it
off in 7 years for $500 per month ($6000 per year). These homes are mostly in “trailer parks” and
you rent the space for $100 per month.
Some
Trailer Parks have swimming pools and other amenities and others have a space
large enough to put in a vegetable garden. You used to see single moms with
cosmetology licenses operating out of their kitchens.
Mobil
Homes are often factory built and delivered for assembly. They look more like
small homes than camper trailers.
All the
“Tiny House” TV shows are “propaganda” to encourage living in small spaces.
This started after 2008, when we were scheduled to become a 3rd
world country.
