Why is America so Partisan

Dick Morris thinks that both parties should bring their ideas together, but doesn’t see it now.  He thinks the primary election has been reengineered by redistricting to the point that districts are packed with Democrats or Republicans. Morris wants to make districts mixed.

I think the parties can’t work together because Democrats are Communists who don’t want to want the process to work. They just want to advance their economy-killing socialism.
