US Troubles

The US federal government has refused to operate in compliance with the US Constitution as written since 1872 when Congress established its first “national park”. Congress has usurped State responsibilities and if this isn’t reversed, it will end like Venezuela. 

The US federal government has assumed responsibility for 30% of the US land mass and is responsible for the maintenance and management of forests that are continually destroyed by fire, because they are not maintained. These forests need to be maintained by individual owners.

The US federal government has also unconstitutionally assumed functions that were originally handled by the States. All of these functions need to be returned to the States and the People. States are required to operate with a balanced budget and would be motivated to reduce costs based on priorities.

Campaign finance laws need to restrict campaign contributions to registered voters only and be allowed only for those politicians who appear on their ballot. Special interests would exercise their “free speech” on the own websites.  Politicians would need websites with their full resumes and positions on issues. All politicians would need is their websites and yard signs.  Until we do this, politicians will never work for the voters and we will continue to see millions of dollars of attack ads full of unconfirmed accusations.

The US Culture needs to re-establish the family as the primary component of the private sector economy. Families need to be allowed to be self-supporting. Government imposed restrictions must be eliminated.
