US Temperature Range by State


Temperatures in the US have ranged between 134F to -80F for the past 200 years. Northern States have experienced temperatures above 100 degrees F and Southern States have experienced temperatures below Zero. Record temperatures experienced by each State and the years these extremes were recorded are as follows:

There is no Climate Change due to fossil fuels or carbon emissions. Temperatures appear to fluctuate based on sun activity, cloud cover, wind direction, the terrane, ocean currents and the buffeting these elements experience. Temperatures are colder at the poles and warmer at the equator.  Earth’s climate is not misbehaving, but is behaving consistently.
