US Jobs Report June 2019

The Trump Agenda is working, but we need to cut low skilled immigration in half to continue restoring US middle class jobs and reduce welfare costs. We need an immigration policy based on merit and need to restore our meritocracy.

224,000 jobs were added in June 2019.

37,000 Mining & Logging

35,000 Healthcare

24,000 Transportation & Warehouse

21,000 Construction

17,000 Manufacturing

39,000 Others

61,000 Education

33,000 Government

US Average Wage rose 4 cents to $23.43/hr.

Labor Force Participation Rate rose from 60.8 to 60.9.

There are 96,057,000 Not in the Labor Force.

Teenage 16-19 Unemployment remains at 12.7%

The average monthly gain in jobs in 2018 was 223,000.  The US added and filled 2.676,000 jobs in 2018.

I want to see lower teenage unemployment before I can declare that we have restored our economy. I prefer no additional jobs in government, education and healthcare.

I prefer to add 9 million more manufacturing jobs and 3 million more mining, oil and gas drilling, logging, skilled trades and construction jobs.
