Behavior Modification in US Schools

Cults are easily identified by the force and intimidation they use to control their members. They modify cult victim behavior to accept their twisted narratives.

Psychologists BF Skinner and Ivan Pavlov experimented with behavior modification. Operant conditioning is a learning process through which the strength of a behavior is modified by reinforcement or punishment.

Psychological manipulation is a type of social influence that aims to change the behavior or perception of others through indirect, deceptive, or underhanded tactics. By advancing the interests of the manipulator, often at another's expense, such methods could be considered exploitative and devious.

Manipulation -  controlling someone or something to your own advantage, often unfairly or dishonestly.

Ostracize – excluding someone from a society or group.
To shun, spurn, reject, repudiate, boycott, blackball, blacklist, shut out, avoid, ignore, snub, ban, banish, exile or expel.
