China Trade Options

I would be easier to take the intellectual property question off the table. The companies who gave away their intellectual property have a problem of their own making and may just need to be replaced by US start-ups who will not enter into these giveaway agreements.

Technology advances at a rapid pace and the US needs companies who will protect the new advances.

The US needs to upgrade its cyber security to protect utilities and the electronics-based financial system. This involves a “bottom-up” design of electronic data management that is inscription-based. Our current system was designed for communication, not incription. This will require entirely separate platforms for governments, banks and utilities. It should also include Tesla Dome elements to harden it against electromagnetic pulse attacks. Our electronics can be fried by solar flares and EMP weapons.

Funding for these start-ups may need to be protected by US government rules.
