UK Political Parties

The UK, like other European countries, has too many political parties. The main parties are Conservative and Labour.  Rather than have factions in each party and issues coalitions they create new parties to promote specific issues. This results in gridlock whenever there is a vote on anything like Brexit. The EU dictates UK policy and Parliament has become redundant and unnecessary.  Give them something real to vote on and they turn to jelly.

Conservative 313
Labour 246
Scottish National Party 35
Change UK Independent Group 11
Liberal Democrat Party 11
Democratic Unionist Party 10
Independent Party 10
Sinn Fein 7
Plad Cumru 4
Green Party 1
Speaker 1
Total Seats 650

Conservative – Anti-EU
Labour – Social Democrat Union Members
Scottish National Party – Pro-EU
Change UK – Pro-EU
Liberal Democrat – Pro-EU Liberals
Independent Party – Pro-EU
Sinn Fein – Irish unification and sovereignty.
Plad Cumru – Welch independence
Green Party – Pro-EU, Pro-UN Agenda 21

Co-Operative Party – Socialist Values 33 of 650 seats in Commons 14 of 782 in Lords, 1500 of 20,565 Local Counsellors.

Whoever inherits this mess is in for trouble. 3 years have passed since the Brexit vote and voters are docile and their docile politicians will continue to fail.

Norb Leahy, Dunwoody GA Tea Party Leader
