Republicans are planning to clean up the Federal Election Laws and use AI to establish real-time sharing of data between databases. This is needed to determine the number of US Citizens in each State and codify “Citizens” as the only legal voters for Federal, State and Local elections.

current congressional delegation in the 119th Congress consists of its two
senators, both of whom are Republicans, and its 28 representatives: 20

Georgia
has 8,249,917 registered voters and a population of 11,161,416.
Trump also received more than 2.66 million votes in 2024, setting a record for most votes cast for any candidate in the history of Georgia.
Texas’
current congressional delegation has 25 Republicans and 13 Democrats
Texans who voted for Trump in 2024: Texas Voters 63,939,597 56.1%. Texas is redistricting according to Political Party majorities.
California redistricting resulted in limiting the number of US House Reps to 17, despite the fact that 40% of California voters are registered Republicans. California Republicans will block another Democrat redistricting using a lawsuit. California has 52 US House Districts. The number of Republican held seats should be 21. 40% of 52 is 21.
New Legislation This would codify how US House Seats will be determined going forward.
Republicans will remove illegals from being counted with citizens to determine the number of US House Reps in each State. Republicans will use AI to maintain voter registration of “Citizens” in each State and require Party-Based US House Districts.
Independents are a growing cohort of voters—according to Gallup, more Americans identify as independents (40%) than as Democrats (29%) or Republicans (30%).
Independents
overwhelmingly identify as “moderate” and state they agree with both major
parties on certain issues. For example, independents tend to trust Democrats
more on abortion, healthcare, and climate change, while they prefer Republicans
on the economy, gun rights, and immigration.

From the Florida data and Unite America information above, the US could consider “Independents” as a Third Party of one-issue, uninformed or uninterested voters.
The data on election turnout shows that 98,900,651 or 36% of Eligible Voters don’t vote.
Most Candidate Websites are abysmal and contain little or no information about Candidate’s Qualifications, Positions on Issues, Votes on Bills, or Sentences by Judges. Many websites don’t include the Candidate’s Political Party. Most websites only include a family picture and a Contribution Solicitation.
Corporations should require that candidates soliciting donations have a website that includes their Qualifications and Positions on Issues, etc.
In the 2024 election cycle, donations from individuals giving $200 or less made up a notable segment of the fundraising pie, accounting for a little over 10 percent for House members and about 15 percent for senators.
Over 85% of Campaign Funding comes from “Special Interest Groups”. This funding goes to expensive TV ad “hit jobs” that should be viewed as Liable and Slander.
The sheer volume of TV Political Campaign ads can determine who wins the race. Soros funded the rogue “prosecutors” that refused to prosecute crimes.
