Coal
exports need to rise and Electric Power Companies need to include coal to
compete with natural gas. Consumers need this to happen, because coal costs 2
cents/kwh and natural gas costs 3 cents/kwh. Solar costs 11 cents/kwh and Wind
costs 14 cents/kwh.
